NOTE: You will be responsible for setting up any DC attractions outside of the scheduled activities that are part of your registration.  For excursions during the day, you will be responsible for transportation to your excursion activity from the National Mall area, and back to the bus pickup location in the National Mall by the 5:30p on Friday, and 12:30p on Saturday. For excursions during the evening, you will be responsible for providing transportation to and from the AC Hotel and your destination.
