The Burge Family Reunion is held every 2 years to commemorate descendants of Warren and Lizzie Burge, who united somewhere in the vicinity of Rome, Georgia. From this union seven children were born: Johnnie, Derry, Shepherd, Rueben, Thommie, and a little sister. (by Los Angeles Joseph (Burge) circa 1994)
